One pair of women’s medium sized mittens, hand-knit with hand-spun wool from Ada, the black Shetland sheep featured in the book Keeping Watch. Ada is the good natured sister of the fiery Rosie, who dominates the flock. Ada and Rosie were our first sheep here at Shepherds Bay. Ada is quite old now, and she often ferries Oliver the cat around on her back. Mitten purchase includes this photo and a short “bio” of Ada.
